We are delighted to announce the NCCUPA-HR Fall Conference is scheduled for October 22-24, 2008 at the recently completed and beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel and Resort Conference Center in Concord, NC. The location is quite befitting our theme, “Shifting Gears in HR”, as it is practically in walking distance from the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Our program is filled with topics that will jump start your interest from the very beginning and keep you revved up during its entirety. The selection of speakers will provide fuel to assist you in avoiding unwanted pit stops in human resources through relevant topics such as e-verify, work climate, unemployment claims, legal issues and of course, humor.

The Conference registration fee of $99 for NCCUPA-HR members and $120 for non-members includes the cost of dinner on Wednesday and lunch on Thursday (meals for invited guests and spouses will be extra). A block of rooms is being held at a rate of $149 and the rooms can comfortably accommodate more that one guest. Please remember to indicate you are with the NCCUPA-HR Conference.
